1. Custom-Made Orders

All dresses and garments are made specifically to your measurements, design choices, and preferences. Due to the personalized nature of our products:

  • Returns and refunds are not offered for custom-made dresses.
  • We encourage customers to double-check all measurements and order details before final confirmation.

2. Alteration and Adjustment Policy

If your garment does not fit as expected due to measurement errors on our part:

  • We will offer free alteration or adjustment, provided we are notified within 3 days of delivery.
  • You must send clear photos and details of the issue to our customer support team.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping the garment back to us for any alteration.

If incorrect measurements were provided by the customer, we can still help with alterations, but additional charges may apply.

3. Damage or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs showing the issue.
  • After verification, we may offer a replacement, alteration, or partial refund, based on the severity of the issue.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, if production has started, no cancellation or refund will be possible.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and customization, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made dresses
  • Fabrics cut to order
  • Accessories made to match outfits
